Embrace Yourself

Embrace Yourself is a group of work consisting of digital, AR motion, and painting by Kefan Shi. He wants to explore a story of himself. A story about the delicate emotional transition from hiding to facing his queer identity. He wishes to express self-acceptance in this project, which is meaningful to him. 

He created characters, Little Angels, to tell the story. Those angels are shy, but enthusiastic. They protect their emotions through watching and expressing their emotions through affection and touch. In this narrative, they hide under the bushes, they light a fire of hope and they meet and get warm. They help each other and fly to the sky.
